ADF Nepal Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2005 (Reg. No. 32460/061-62) and has been rendering quality services since then. Our office is situated at Baluwatar, Kathmandu District at the heart of Kathmandu valley. The work environment of ADF Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is housed in open office setup includes managerial, administrative, planning, development, architectural/engineering and visualization disciplines, being conducted by personnel with innovative attitude and determination. With two decades of practice behind creative designing, procurement methods, cost management, cost studies and value engineering, the firm has synergetic impact in providing balanced platform to ensure optimum results allowing for multiple constrains. The aim of the company is to provide a fully integrated control system whereby the development of a project is controlled within pre-set parameters to ensure budget integrity and value for money.

Our design philosophy is rooted in the belief that architecture should be both innovative and responsive. We strive to create spaces that are not only visually striking but also functional and sustainable. Every project is approached with a fresh perspective, ensuring that the final design reflects the client’s vision and the context of the site.

The working of the practice of ADF Nepal is collaborative. The distinctive, collective talents of the team are harnessed to form and expand creative design solutions, manage cost, time, ensure quality and efficiency in construction. Our project team will initiate a collaborative two-way interaction among all stakeholders including the fabricators and material suppliers. We strongly believe that this interaction model is efficient design practice that makes optimal use of individual expertise and streamline the plan-design-build process.
